I moved to Calgary at a young age and have been fortunate to call this region home for most of my life. I studied Energy and Professional Land Management and Psychology at the University of Calgary before completing a Master of Public Policy.
My career has focused on helping mission-driven organizations build relationships and bring people together around issues that matter. Before joining Western Sky, I led work in fund development, marketing, partnerships, and external relations with the Prostate Cancer Centre and the Centre for Suicide Prevention. I also began my career in Alberta’s energy sector, making my role with Western Sky feel like a meaningful return to my education and early connection to land. As Director of Philanthropy and Community Engagement, I am most excited to help people discover how deeply these landscapes shape our everyday lives, including connections we may not always recognize. I hope to create meaningful ways for donors, partners, and community members to understand that impact and find their own place in the story. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our young son, playing racquet sports, going for walks, and volunteering with the University of Calgary community.
