What is a Land Trust?
A land trust is an entity established for the purpose of conserving land. Some accept donations of land, some hold conservation easements without actually owning any land, and some raise funds and purchase properties. The Western Sky Land Trust will do all of these. We are interested in conserving watersheds for their agricultural, natural, heritage, scenic and recreational values. |
